Tech Enabled is a new concept in helping businesses use technology smarter. For example, there has always been a preconceived notion that employees in the construction industry would struggle to adapt to innovative technology (i.e. mobile apps), and that if they did it would have to be simple to use, otherwise the take-up would be low and the costs high, so therefore probably not worth doing.
